ATTENTION TO ALL CITIZENS WHO WANT TO LIVE IN A LOCAL COMMUNITY WHERE THERE EXISTS TRUTH, JUSTICE, PEACE AND FREEDOM Written by Trueman Tuck, Leader of the People First Republic Party of Ontario and Candidate for MPP in the Prince Edward-Hastings Riding, September 6, 2011             Truth, Justice, Peace and Freedom!  What do these four words mean to you?  Have you ever carefully thought about it?              To some, these words have been a call to arms to challenge tyranny, oppression and injustice for many centuries.  To me, in my personal quest for knowledge and the right life choices, these words express four key fundamental cornerstones of the type of truly democratic and civilized Rule of Law society that I want for my local community.              To me, there is nothing more important than our local community and our ability to self-determine the nature and character of that community.  It is my belief that every citizen owes a duty to actively participate in the day by day governance of our local community.                 You may be wondering what this means.  Prior to describing how this affects each and everyone one of us in the October 6, 2011 Ontario Election, let me first explain my own background and that of our People First Republic Party of Ontario [PFRPO]. Please visit www.pfrpo.ca and www.electtruemantuck.ca for further details.              I moved to the Prince Edward-Hastings area over 20 years ago.  For many years, I traveled through the County and fell in love with the area.  At that time, I was employed as an Account Manager for the Oshawa branch of BFI Waste Systems.  Previously, my work consisted of being a self-employed entrepreneur and consultant with various health-oriented manufacturers, which included being a National Sales and Marketing Director for Swiss Herbal Remedies.              After my resignation from the federal government in 1975, my interests continued in the traditional holistic health care (THHC) industry, which I am still involved in as a self employed professional with my wife Yvonne.  We have owned and operated Tuck’s Discount Vitamins and Wellness Centre in Belleville since September 1995.             As a result of my 7 years employment with the federal government, I learned about the strange internal culture that exists within the Canadian Federal Public Service and political systems. My opinion is that very few individual citizens fully understand how corrupt, incompetent and/or inefficient the Canadian federal and provincial government corporate systems are.             In my experience, government corporations have formed strategic alliances with mega non-government corporations to plunder and exploit Canada and all of us.  Our government corporations do not act in protecting and improving our best interests.              In my opinion, an individual cannot access Truth and use this Truth to achieve Justice, Peace and Freedom if they are far too often living in fear and/or uncertainty.  I have often been told that my viewpoints differ a bit from others. One important aspect to understand about me is that my primary motivation is not money, status, peer acceptance or an accumulation of power.  My strengths, which are my passion for Truth, Justice, Peace and Freedom, my disciplined persistence, my analytical skills, being a hard worker and having a positive and practical, results-oriented attitude, have allowed me to do very well in most challenges I take on.             Like every individual, I have my faults.  However, I defend others even though I risk my own interests as a result.  Too many people are becoming addicted to material possessions and fall into the trap of not having enough courage and conviction to make a value and principle based decision.  In fact, throughout my career, I have placed my values and principles ahead of my career.              To me, everything in my life is about getting to the truth that is behind the scenes, and finding out what the real story is.  At University in the mid 1960s, my studies included science with majors in math and chemistry for almost 4 years.  The pursuit of Truth sometimes results in challenges with others in the establishment who oppose individuals who are making informed, independent and intelligent Free Will choices in areas of their life and those of their loved ones as much as possible.                Far too often the politicians are aligned with corporate plunderers and profiteers who continually place their accumulation of power and profits before our best interests.  They want to own and control our community’s resources and us.             My experiences as a very successful People’s Champion/Representative have been many.  These include, but are not limited to:              1.   During my early years in University, I received my first speeding ticket in a bad ice storm.  My throttle had been sticking and the action was not intentional.  I fought the speeding ticket in court and as a result the charge was dropped.              2.   In 1975, I joined with several others and opened up a Health Food Store and Wholesale Business in Kitchener.  The building was a derelict shoe factory that had not been occupied for decades.  The building department was giving us a hard time and wanted ridiculous renovations done.  We ended up researching the municipal by-laws, ignoring their threats and achieving Truth, Justice, Peace and Freedom by doing what we believed was right.              3.   When my wife and I first moved to the Belleville and Tweed area, our life was changed forever when we built our dream waterfront home on Stoco Lake.  In early spring one year, a neighbour, Ken Thompson, walked into my driveway and asked if I would like to join the Stoco Lake Property Owner’s Association.  We organized a strategic campaign that was successful in having the responsible municipal government and other authorities spend well over a million dollars in solving a water quality problem they denied even existed.               4.   In 1995, my wife and I opened Tuck’s Discount Vitamins and Wellness Centre in Belleville.  We ended up battling excessively high taxes, including levies, business and property taxes.  This led to the development of Tuck’s Professional Services, Friends of Freedom International and the Canadian Coalition for Health Freedom [See Exhibits 1, 2 & 3].             It has always been my position that as citizens, we own our government corporations, their agents, servants and sub-delegates.  All publicly funded staff I consider to be our employee. We are the principal investor and sole voting shareholder and should be treated accordingly in the day-to-day management of our government corporations at all levels.  Our employees include members of Parliament and the provincial Legislatures, the Public Service union members including police, prosecutors, judges, etc. We must learn to work together to play a far greater role in shaping the nature of our local communities and our Province.                It seems that in today’s society, the majority of us are so distracted trying to survive the day-to-day struggles, that we lose perspective on the four cornerstones of our democratic Rule of Law society which are – Truth, Justice, Peace and Freedom. We fail to be actively involved in the day-by-day governance of our local municipalities, provinces, country and other international legal entities.              We need to agree that we cannot be truly free if we live in fear, uncertainty, debt, restricted choice, etc.  In my role as a People’s Champion/Representative, it has been my privilege to travel to Europe, Rome, Washington and other places to defend our rights and freedoms.  There has been much success representing individuals and small family businesses as the People’s Champion.              A number of us decided to take our experiences gained during 16 years of defending our rights and freedoms and create a new Ontario registered political party.  This group included self-employed professionals in Ontario who wanted to create a new Age of Enlightenment Political Freedom Movement.  We did not define ourselves to be similar to the three leading established political parties who continually battled for power and control.  Instead of working together, they are often antagonistic and critical of the other’s solutions and fail to work together to identify and resolve Ontario’s problems.  They far too often are disrespectful, abusive and antagonistic to each other.             In 2007, a Friends of Freedom International [FOFI] colleague from London, ON, Mr. Chris Gupta and I ran in the Ontario general election to create the PFRPO.  We agreed that the following Six Rules of Conduct would always apply to our new party and that we would always strive to walk the talk.  These included:              1.     Only one person talks at a time.              2.     It is important to hear everyone’s ideas, experiences and opinions with equal time and consideration.              3.     It is important to hear all sides of an issue – the positive and the negative.              4.     No personal attacks, aggressive or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated.              5.     Confidentiality is assured.  What is shared in the room stays in the room!              6.     Never criticize anything without offering a positive and practical option.              Our two organizations, FOFI and CCHF have followed these simple rules since their founding in 1995 and 1997 respectively.  We attribute our longevity to these rules and regular meetings with advance agendas and common cause.              I am pleased to announce our colleague from Kingston, ON, Mr. David Best will be running in the Ontario general election this time as well.  PFRPO’s platform will address the serious challenges facing citizens in Ontario today.  Our message is for those who believe in and want our local communities to be truly democratically owned and operated by its local citizens.             Government, quasi-government and non-government corporations are systemically targeting and seizing control of the enormous wealth in Canada.  These corporations are Legal Entities [See Exhibit 4] run by wealth Elites.  Legal Entities is defined as being:              An association, corporation, partnership, trust or individual that has legal standing in the eyes of the law.  A legal entity has legal capacity to enter into agreements or contracts, assume obligations, incur and pay debts, sue and be sued in its own right and to be held responsible for its actions.              It is difficult to counteract the well-unfounded agendas of legal entities with unlimited resources unless you acknowledge the following truths:             1.         They exist.             2.         They are organized with unlimited human and financial resources.             3.         They have specific goals and objectives.             4.         They dominate and significantly control the political and economic events within a local community.             5.         A high percentage of what they do is detrimental to individual rights, freedoms, and interests within local communities.             The wealthy Elites include a number of different networks such as the Club of Rome, the Bilderbegers, the Trilateral Commission, the CFR, the Rockefeller family, the Rothschild family and others [See Exhibit 5, 6, 7 & 8]. These Elites view Canada as a harvest ground for plundering wealth and exploiting us. Our economic strength has drawn the global elites to our country and local communities like blood draws sharks.  In the last few years, the extent to which foreign legal entities, especially from China, U.S. and Europe, have been able to exert ownership and control of our local communities, its people and resources have escalated exponentially.             In order for the wealthy Elites, provinces and countries to have their way with minimum interference in our local communities and country, they must destroy the Canadian Rule of Law.  In Canada, the Rule of Law has made Canada into the most caring, stable, free civilized society in the world.  This Canadian Rule of Law states very specifically that:              Everyone is subject to the Rule of Law.  This means that everyone is subject to the law; that no one, no matter how important or powerful, is above the law – not the government; not the Prime Minister or any other Minister; not the Queen or the Governor General; not Parliament itself or any provincial legislature.  None have any powers except those given to it by law passed by Parliament or a provincial legislature, the common law of England.  If anyone were above the law, none of our liberties would be safe [See Exhibit 9].              Sections 91 & 92 of the British North America Act, 1867 (BNA Act) [See Exhibit 10] has provisions for the shared jurisdictional division of powers between Parliament and the Local Legislatures.  Its jurisdictional powers are tempered by the Canadian Implied Bill of Rights, the Canadian Written and Unwritten Constitution, the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 1948, the Canadian Bill of Rights, 1960, and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, 1982 [See Exhibits 11, 12, 13, 14 & 15].  As Canadians, we rely on these rights and freedoms.  These ancient rights, freedoms and liberties were documented in a significant court case before the B.C. Court of Appeal in 1909.  Chong (1909) stated:              Among the normal rights which are available to every British subject against the world are:  (1) personal safety and freedom; (2) one’s good name; (3) the enjoyment of the advantages ordinarily open to all the inhabitants of the country, e.g. the unmolested pursuit of one’s trade or occupation and free use of the unmolested pursuit of one’s trade or occupation and free use of the highways; (4) freedom from malicious vexation by legal process; and (5) to one’s own property [See Exhibit 16].              When listening to the daily news, our rights and freedoms are disappearing at an alarming rate.  Ontario is at an important crossroad.  Now is the time to educate ourselves and learn about how to protect ourselves against this escalating tyranny and our ever-eroding rights and freedoms.  Democracy is not a spectator sport!              Individuals have the power to significantly improve our control of local communities and thus Ontario and Canada by electing individuals like myself who have a proven track record of effective representation of local community citizen’s rights, freedoms and interests.  Our PFRPO is focusing on what we have identified as the 13 most important issues in this Ontario General Election.  These are grouped into 4 categories being Truth, Justice, Peace and Freedom. Group A - Truth   Issue Number One - Education:             An important issue that must be continually addressed is effective education.  Children learn to be responsible, knowledgeable, disciplined and productive based on their education.  This affects the future of a local community economically and in every other aspect.  Truth, Justice, Peace and Freedom does not flourish in communities where in-depth education is not being efficiently provided.              Our current educational system needs major diversification and be less government controlled and designed.  In Ontario, our education system is expensive and ineffective.  Our children should not have to fund their education and start their working life with enormous educational loan debts.   Issue Number Two - Freedom of Expression:              Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed citizens can change the world.  Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has. – Margaret Mead              This can only happen with Truth, Justice, Peace and Freedom are allowed to flourish and grow in our local communities   Group B - Justice Issue Number Three - Equality under Canadian Rule of Law:             Federal and provincial public servants seem to have immunity for any actions that the normal citizen would be severely fined, brought to court or even imprisoned for.  This immunity needs to be eliminated to ensure that everyone is subject to the Rule of Law.             The same is true for mega non-government corporations. The Gilead Power Corporation and other proposed Industrial Wind Mill developers provide evidence of this problem.  More on this local issue is coming.   Issue Number Four - Access to Justice:              It is extremely difficult to seek court protection from the tyranny of the wealthy and powerful in Ontario unless you are a lawyer and/or wealthy.  This has been made worse by the legal monopoly created by the Ontario Liberal government in 2007.   In this 2007 Liberal scheme forced every aspect of the practice of law was transferred to the Law Society of Upper Canada.  Now, with the government controlling the licensing and regulating of lawyers and paralegals in Ontario, it is difficult for lawyers to effectively challenge legislative changes effectively and ordinary citizens cannot get legal help in the majority of tyranny situations to defend their rights, freedoms and liberties.  One excellent example of this is Michael Schmidt and Major Mark Tijssen in a Michael Schmidt [See Exhibits 17 & 18].              What the Ontario Liberals did to the practice of law would be the same to the practice of medicine as if the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons were going to only licence two professions – Doctors and Nurses.  This would mean that all chiropractors, naturopaths, herbalists, and dozens of other lawful and effective practice of medicine professionals were unlawful and prohibited!             Also, police and regulatory enforcement officers increasingly ignore our rights and freedoms.  This can be seen in far too many examples in Ontario and across Canada over the last few years [See Exhibits 19, 20, 21 & 22].  The PFRPO use the percentages of the population incarcerated, deaths caused by military, police and other government agents to rate Ontario and Canada as a whole on its Rights and Freedom Scale.  More on this issue will be published shortly.   Group C - Peace   Issue Number Five - Health Care:             There is no better example of infringing on our rights and freedoms as can be seen on the poor return on our investment in our health care systems pertaining to the needs of our families.             Since 1972, I have been involved in the Canadian Health Freedom movement as the People’s Champion/Representative for informed freedom of choice in access to either allopathic and/or THHC products and services (vitamins, minerals, herbs and homeopathic medicines).  A fully integrated health care system would be where chiropractors, naturopaths and other THHC doctors and health care professionals are on equal footing with allopathic doctors.             When going to a hospital or any other publicly funded health care facility and/or professional facility, everyone should be able to choose their health practitioner of choice and treatment of choice. The Allopathic medical monopoly should not control everything as it does in Ontario today!   Issue Number Six - Security:             For over 16 years, the Health Freedom Movement has created successful campaigns to stop Parliamentary Bills such as Bills C-51, C-52 and C-6 [See Exhibits 23, 24, 25 & 26].  The battle over Bill C-36 has been temporarily lost.  With your support, we can regroup under the PFRPO banner and stop the out of control federal bureaucrats and politicians.  If you recall the Health Freedom Movement pertaining to Bill C-36, privacy issues, clauses relating to foreign legal entities and current bans on THHC products were a major concern.  Ever since bans have been placed on THHC products in Europe and Australia, the joining of foreign legal entities is even more dangerous to our rights, freedoms and liberties.             We cannot have security unless the primary essential needs of all Ontario citizens are the sole focus of our government corporations. Governments are no different than individuals when it comes to being only capable of mastering a few things.  We cannot lose our individual sovereign supremacy based upon “Trust Me, I am the Government and will look after you”.   Issue number Seven - Essential Needs – Physical, Spiritual & Emotional:             It seems, with the aid of corporations, much of the populace is addicted to one thing or another.  Tobacco, alcohol, sugar, salt, prescription drugs, coffee, etc. are all dangerous and addicting substances that are approved and regulated by corporations.             Disease and poverty is destabilizing our society [See Exhibit 27].  I urge you to read Death by Modern Medicine, a book I co-authored in 2004 [see www.deathbymodernmedicine] [See Exhibit 28].  Research clearly shows governmental, quasi-governmental and non-governmental corporations have turned a blind eye to these preventable deaths.  Their allies include the allopathic investment industry and politicians from Canada and the United States [See Exhibit 29].   Section D - Freedom   Issue Number Eight – Debt:             Ontario is in very serious financial trouble.  This is similar to what has happened in Greece, Portugal and is now spreading to countries in Europe and the United States.  Dalton McGuinty and his Liberal government have created more debt [over 100 billion dollars more] in 8 years than anyone in the history of Ontario politics [See Exhibits 30 & 31].  Provincial taxpayer money has been spent incompetently, corruptly and inefficiently.             The Liberal party has exempted mega non-government corporations that are a largely foreign legal entity financed and owned from normal zoning and planning by-laws with the Green Energy Act.  There is a grassroots’ activist non-profit in our riding called Point to Point PEC Foundation who are trying to challenge and stop the environmentally and economically destructive industrial wind turbine energy parks on the Crown Land at Ostrander Point that proves evidence of this issue. For details be sure to visit www.pointtopointpec.ca.              The Green Energy Act is wasting our hard earned tax dollars by paying 2,000% more than average wholesale per kilowatt hour to non-government legal entities making our deficit that much worse [See Exhibits 32, 33, 34, 35, 36 & 37].   Issue Number Nine – Usury (Abusive Money Lending & Handling):           Ontario and Canada continue to struggle with record levels of consumer and mortgage credit debt.   More and more Canadian households are struggling to make ends meet.  57 per cent state that day-to-day living expenses are the main cause for increasing debt and one in ten would have difficulty in dealing with an unforeseen expense of $500.              Growth in household debt has moderated for the time being but this trend is not perceived across all Canadian households.  Single parent families are the only category where debt increases with age and they have two thirds more debt than couples with no children.  From a retirement perspective, 33 percent of retired households are carrying an average debt of $60,000 and 17 per cent carry $100,000 or more.              In 2009, Ontario was among the leaders in terms of increasing consumer insolvencies, but registered the greatest decline in 2010.   Issue Number Ten - Government Tyranny:              In Ontario, we have been conditioned to vote for the two dominant political parties being the Liberals and the Conservatives.  We need to reconsider this approach.  The history of each of these parties speaks for itself.  As the next MPP for Prince Edward-Hastings I will represent the majority interests of my constituents as their Champion for their rights, freedoms and interests in a manner that the two leading establishment party candidates cannot do. [See Exhibit 38].              Ottawa has gotten into everything in recent years, not just provincial jurisdiction, but now municipal jurisdiction.  And yet, at the same time, if you look at Ottawa’s major responsibilities, national defence, the economic union, foreign relations, beginning obviously with the most important relationship, with the United States, Ottawa hasn’t done a very good job.  That’s a clear signal that under his government, Ottawa will stick to knitting, or in business terms to its core competencies. – Stephen Harper              Individual rights and freedoms are disappearing at an alarming rate.   Also, the statutory rights of the corporation of the Province of Ontario are being trampled by the Parliament.  We need to stop the increased centralization of governance and power in the hands of the Canadian Prime Minister and his office.  Prime Minister Stephen Harper largely ignores his cabinet and backbenchers.  His caucus has one of the lowest meeting frequencies of any Prime Minister in history.  While the BNA Act restricts jurisdictional authority, federal and provincial governments are attempting to remove their boundaries contrary to the Rule of Law. Issue Number Eleven - Excessive Taxation:             Ontario and Canada suffer from excessive taxation.  Injustice is created when a government attempts to retain unconstitutionally collected taxes.  Our concern is to guarantee respect for constitutional principles. One such principle is that the Crown may not levy a tax except with authority of the Parliament or the legislature.              As Hogg and Monahan explain, this principle “ensures not merely that the executive branch is subject to the rule of law, but also that the executive branch must call the legislative branch into session to raise taxes”.             When the government collects and retains taxes pursuant to ultra vires legislation, it undermines the Rule of Law.  To permit the Crown to retain an ultra vires tax would condone a breach of this most fundamental constitutional principle.             In Ontario, like most other provinces, we have the HST that has been in place for over a year [See Exhibit 39].  On August 26, 2011, Elections BC announced that British Columbia voters, via mail-in ballot, defeated the new tax in a binding referendum conducted in June and July 2011.  54.73 per cent voted to repeal the HST while 45.27 voted to maintain it.  This was the first binding referendum on taxation in any state/provincial or national jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Nations.             Another example is the delegation to the federal government corporation the collection of the Health tax. This is a clear violation of the Canadian Rule of Law.   Issue Number Twelve - Free Will Informed Choices:             The HST, the Green Energy Act, the Ostrander Point Gilead environmental and economically destructive Wind Turbine development and a number of other Liberal initiatives in Ontario have been forced on our local communities.  There are many other regulatory horrors being experienced by individuals in Canada [See Exhibits 40, 41, 42 & 43].             The Conservatives are just as dictatorial as the Liberals.  They have and will continue to ignore the clearly expressed will of its own members as well as Ontario citizens.  The leadership of the Conservative and Liberal parties does not want us to make Free Will choices in our local communities contrary to their agendas.              The local Conservative riding association was not even given any say in deciding who would run as the Conservative candidate. Huff, staff writer (NaturalNews) The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is on a mission to seize control of the dietary supplement industry, and cripple it from being able to freely innovate and market potent, effective health products to consumers. In fact, as we reported a few weeks ago, the agency's draft guidance proposals threaten to actually ban many supplements that were introduced after the passage of the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA), but that are safely and effectively used by millions of Americans today -- and YOUR help is required to stop this affront to health freedom (http://www.naturalnews.com/032924_d...). DSHEA is perhaps the single most important piece of legislation that continues to defend Americans' freedom to innovate, manufacture, sell, and buy dietary supplements -- and it is one that millions of Americans worked very hard to get passed back in 1994. The passage of DSHEA not only opened up the door for new supplements to be developed, but it also ushered in a new era of health freedom based on innovation in nutrition rather than just in synthetic drugs. However, the final guidance for DSHEA's "New Dietary Ingredients" (NDI), which is meant to clarify how supplement manufacturers are to notify the FDA about ingredients they use, was never properly established at the time it was passed. And while the FDA is finally coming to task with establishing this guidance, the agency's current proposals will do more to systematically dismantle DSHEA and health freedom than they will to actually clarify them, which is what they are supposed to do. FDA draft guidance will establish tight regulatory noose around necks of supplement manufacturers When DSHEA was passed by Congress, it was understood that the FDA would eventually clarify how supplement manufacturers were to notify the agency about the use of "new dietary ingredients." The provisions in DSHEA clearly state that a "new dietary ingredient" is one that was not sold in the US as a "dietary ingredient" prior to October 15, 1994, when DSHEA was passed -- and many supplements on the market today contain such new dietary ingredients. It is important to note here that this DSHEA requirement was meant to involve a simple notification process, not a convoluted ingredient approval process, which is what the FDA is actually proposing to do. In other words, the implication in DSHEA was not that the FDA would require supplement manufacturers to submit extensive applications for ingredient approval, but simply that manufacturers would notify the FDA that they are using of a new ingredient that is presumed to be safe until proven dangerous, not the other way around as the FDA is proposing. What the FDA is right now trying to do is turn this notification requirement into a formal approval process similar to what the agency requires for new drugs -- and anyone who has been following NaturalNews for a while knows how expensive, laborious, and corrupt that whole process has become. If the FDA's guidance proposal comes into effect, the agency will use it to control supplement manufacturers by arbitrarily restricting the ingredients they are allowed to use, and extorting them for money in order to gain ingredient approval -- and none of this, of course, was ever intended by DSHEA! In essence, the FDA is attempting to ruin the original intent of DSHEA's dietary ingredient notification process by turning it into a control tool to over-regulate the supplement industry, and ultimately control what supplements you are allowed to take. And if the agency gets its way, many of the supplements in use today could become "illegal" overnight, and be subject to intense scrutiny by the FDA before being allowed back on the market, if they are ever even allowed back at all. Pharmaceutical drugs responsible for at least 80 percent of poison-related fatalities, dietary supplements responsible for zero percent The FDA's ultimate goal to rein in and regulate dietary supplements in the same way that it does pharmaceutical drugs is highly concerning, especially when considering the fact that according to statistics from the US National Poison Data System (NPDS), pharmaceutical drugs are responsible for causing at least 80 percent of all poison-related fatalities. Supplements, on the other hand, are responsible for causing basically zero percent of all deaths in the same category. Yet the FDA continues to arrogantly treat dietary supplements as dangerous toxins, constantly alleging that it needs more power over the supplement industry to preserve "consumer safety." The truth of the matter is that the FDA already has more than enough power over the supplement industry, but has failed in many cases to enforce what is already on the books. In the rare case that a supplement is implicated in allegedly harming someone, it is often because the FDA failed to properly regulate it under current DSHEA provisions (http://naturalnews.com/032911_dieta...).
